What if I am awkward in front of the camera?
Before you even book a session with me we'll have a phone consultation to ensure I am the right fit for you. Having someone take such vulnerable pictures requires someones that you feel comfortable with, this will ease with the 'awkwardness'.
What if I don't know how to pose?
No worries, that's what I am here for. I will be showing you exactly how to pose, if some poses are too uncomfortable for you, we'll move on to the next pose :)
Will you be posting my images on social media or other places?
Images are only shared with client's consent. There are no hard feelings if you decide to keep this art to yourself. It is your body, so you decide.
What if I am not that comfortable showing too much skin?
You don't have to wear lingerie. There are no rules to being sexy. Being sexy isn't just about a look it's also about the energy you're giving off. We can achieve that same energy with an oversized sweater, t-shirt, jeans, a dress - Sexy isn't just a look, it's a feeling.
What if I'm too insecure with my body?
Trust me, you're not the only only one with insecurities, I completely understand how you feel. I will work around your insecurities, to minimize them as much as possible through posing & lighting. However, I will take some pictures that showcase all of you, so you can see that those insecurities do not define you & make you more special.
When should I book my session?
At least 2-6 months in advance to ensure I have your desired date available, & to allow sufficient time for prints/ images to be delivered to you. This is especially important if you want images by a certain date.
How much editing do you do to the pictures?
I will do minimal retouches, such as skin smoothing, removal of un-natural blemishes, getting the tones right, etc.
Please do not ask to make you look 'X' amount of pounds skinnier. All bodies deserve love.
If there are areas of your body that you would like to deemphasize we will do that through posing & lighting.
What is a consultation?
During your consultation we will discuss the following:
- Why you want a boudoir session.
- Pricing and what's included in each package.
- Payment plans if that's something you're interested in.
- Dates and look you're going for.
- Any questions that may come up.
You don't have to feel obligated to book a session during our consultation call if you are not ready yet. The consultation call is a great opportunity for you to see if we are a good match. I do provide payment plans upon request.
